Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale (born on April 2, 1985) is an American professional basket ball player. She is a player for the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. Arike Ogunbowale played in the NCAA basketball tournament playing for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before getting drafted by the Wings as a fifth overall pick in the 2019 WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale was born Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2, 1997 to Yolanda Ogunbowale and Gregory Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale and Dare Ogunbowale are both 20-years old. Her parents spoilt her the most since she was the most young. Gregory was the Nigerian Army officer for a length of period of time. Ogunbowale comes from a lively family. The mother of the child Yolanda and her brother Dare also played softball attending DePaul. She played for her aunt in volleyball at UAPB in the past, and Endia is a volleyball player on the team at Tennessee State. Ogunbowale made the honor roll at her high school three times consecutively. While in high school, Ogunbowale won numerous awards and gained fame. Arike did her graduation from Divine Savior Holy Angels High School situated in her hometown. The school was accompanied by three years playing in varsity. Ogunbowale led her school to stunning victories with her extraordinary skills numerous times. High schooler Ogunbowale has made an appearance in 73 games and has accumulated 1,477 rebounds and 1,477 rebounds during her professional career. Ogunbowale played at her first 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship and 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship and won Gold medals there. She was named to the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on the 7th of July 2014. Ogunbowale is also selected to the ACC All-Freshman Team after her debut collegiate season. Kobe Bryant himself congratulated Ogunbowale after the NCCA Tournament big shot. Ogunbowale might be new to basketball, but she's quickly established herself.
