Canadian screen actress who is most well-known as Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first role in 2019. She has also appeared in Earthstorm (2006) as well as The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, the daughter of Peter Silk who is an academic. Silk's wife Ilkay is an actor, director producer and playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Some of Annas earliest memories revolve around going to play rehearsals as well as watching her mother do the work. Silk made appearances in numerous commercials when she was a kid. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was granted by St. Thomas University, in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has staged two of its first plays, including Seven Menus. Samuel Levi and Levi are their sons. In 2009 she landed the main role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. CNN named her portrayal of Bo and Lauren, as lovers of the same sexuality on Lost Girl one of their top TV couples of all time. E! declared them Top Television Couples in 2013.
