Nadia Elena Comaneci

It was at the Montreal Olympic Games 1976 that she achieved one of the greatest moments in sports history and that was the first ever perfect 10 on the asymmetrical bars. Then she scored another perfect 10 and became the most youthful Olympic all-around gold medalist at only fourteen years of age. In addition to attracting interest, she also assisted in helping Romania gain a global presence. By achieving a score that was not possible, this sporting icon brought gymnastics to the forefront of global the spotlight. The sport also altered the perception of women gymnasts. She had such an impact that she earned her the title of Olympic toe-on and release move. The moves are classified as high in difficulty. Other than the Olympics, her performance was exceptional in each of the World Championships (World Championships) and European Championships.
